The stunning photos of the Peak District by photographer Andy Cartledge were not being done justice with the existing Actinic website. With a desire to improve the look of the site and improve sales Bikster were commissioned to rebuild the site from the ground up.
Working closely with the site owner the new design of cscapes was was approached from 2 sides - Andy resized and watermarked all his images to a larger size and Bikster displayed them in a new theme and new layout they deserved.
A must for every photogrpahy site is the need for a quick access portolio to show the best and latest work. Using the standard Actinic "new products list" Bikster have built a slideshow on the homepage showing the latest work and allowing customers to click straight through to the photos. Using the simple merketing list within Actinic removes the need for any geeky programming (we have doone all the for them) ... it is simply point and click and the images and text are introduced into the slideshow. Nice.
Cscapes now feature a bargain bin area with discounted images and lots of free stuff perfect for desktops or printing. Check out their snow scenes photograpged in the Peak District for some awe inspiring pictures.
