Reports and Feedback

After the testing has been carried out the feedback is provided from the testing group and includes various statistics about the site to help provide a better understanding on how the site is being used and perceived.

Nobody likes to hear their hard work is rubbish. Our constructive critique of the site aims to build what you have already achieved and take it to the next level with minumum of fuss and cost.

The report sets out a list of suggestions you may wish to consider for improving the site - typically these are often under your own control with no need to employ anyone else to make the changes and improvements. We do not believe is saying something is broken just to garnish further work.
