Modal Contact Form

The default "contact us" form in Actinic does what is says on the tin but lacks a little flair and imagination. Our replacement modal form works by opening the form and darkening the page behind.

The form is validated and captures additional information such as IP address of the sender and optionally allows a copy of the form to be emailed to the sender for their own reference. The form is emailed just like the standard Actinic contact form.
